These are the new TEARDROP Flat Muzzle Pad. These are designed to be firm and have a long-life. Designed to fit the requirements of various body types and holster combinations. They come with 4" strip of Velcro-brand premium velcro to stick on anywhere.
This is a universal kit that includes the wedge with micro hook on it and a patch of loop with self-sticking adhesive ready for application.
The Velcro (loop) side is oversized for a reason and is designed so that the end-user can cut the loop to their particular holster's shape if they want to.
Note: The teardrop flat muzzle pad requires a sensitive touch to remove from any velcro, specifically because the micro hook is separated and may result in tearing of the pad material. We recommend that the end user not rip the pad off with their hands but rather use a credit card to detach from the hook.
I have several of these. I buy them when I get a new holster. Very comfortable.

The wedge's size is perfect and the material is extremely comfortable. Every kydex AIWB holster deserves to have one of these fitted on it.
