All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping options such as "Priority" does not mean your order will be processed quickly or as a priority. It means you are purchasing priority shipping only. If you require your order to be processed quickly please email us - firstname.lastname@example.org with any inquiries or requests.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $5 flat rate for USPS shipping inside the USA, and $10 flat rate for Priority USPS shipping inside the USA.
In-store pickup and Local Delivery
We do not offer in-store pickup or personal local deliveries at this time.
We offer international shipping, please make sure you email us - email@example.com - before placing an order if you have any questions. Customers are responsible for all fees once the package is shipped.
As of 8/1/22 ALL international packages will be shipped via USPS.
We have no control over any international package once it leaves the USA, all relevant questions should be directed to your local shipping offices.
All international shipping is country dependent and has a flat rate fee that will be shown at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. V Development Group is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
