Cancellation Policy 

We want to be clear and upfront so there’s no confusion later.

48-Hour Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, only if:

  • The order has not shipped, and

  • A tracking number has not been generated

To request a cancellation, you must contact us at info@vdev.group and include your order number within the 48-hour window.


No Cancellations After Shipping or Tracking

Once any of the following occurs:

  • The order ships

  • A tracking number is generated

  • The order is transferred to a fulfillment carrier

The order is final and cannot be cancelled for any reason.

This applies even if the package has not yet arrived.


Orders in Processing

Orders may enter processing immediately after purchase.
If a tracking number is generated during processing, the order becomes non-cancelable, even if fewer than 48 hours have passed.


Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-orders and made-to-order items may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase only.

After 48 hours, or once production, allocation, or fulfillment begins, all sales are final.


Digital Products

All digital products, downloads, and virtual goods are final sale once access or delivery is provided.
No cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks are permitted.


Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are:

  • Refused by the customer

  • Returned to sender

  • Undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Are not considered cancellations and do not qualify for refunds of original shipping costs. Additional fees may apply.


Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.

  • Orders that have shipped or have a tracking number generated are considered fulfilled and final

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy

  • We actively contest chargebacks and disputes by providing:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Proof of policy acceptance

    • Order confirmation

    • Fulfillment records

    • Carrier tracking information

Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in:

  • Permanent account restriction

  • Order refusal

  • Reporting to payment processors and fraud prevention services

This policy is clearly displayed and available before checkout.
By placing an order, you expressly agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood this Cancellation Policy.


Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
