Who We Are
V Development Group is a law enforcement-owned and operated gear company based out of Philadelphia, PA. We were built by people who carry, respond, and train — not by retail entrepreneurs who discovered the tactical market looked profitable.
The problem we set out to solve is straightforward: the gear market is saturated with noise. Resellers who have never worn a plate carrier, never tourniquet'd a limb, never run a shift, are pushing product at people who may stake their lives on it. That's not acceptable. So we built something different.
What We Do
We curate and deliver mission-critical gear that meets the standard a trained professional would carry on duty. That means every product in our catalog has been evaluated against real-world use cases — not spec sheets, not YouTube reviews, not what a distributor was pushing that quarter.
We call this process Educated End User vetting. Before anything enters our catalog, it gets run through the lens of someone who has actually used it in the field. Does it work under stress? Is it accessible when you need it? Does it hold up over time and hard use? If it doesn't clear that bar, it doesn't get listed — full stop.

It means the person evaluating the gear has a frame of reference built from operational experience. Our own line of Kydex holsters, built specifically for Glock platforms with optic-ready configurations. Designed with the input of active law enforcement and built to a standard we'd stake our own carry setup on.

Premium red dots, magnifiers, and sighting systems from manufacturers that have proven themselves in service use. We don't carry budget optics that will zero-shift on you at the worst possible time.
