Q. Why was my t-shirt / mug / coffee / gaitor / etc not included in the order I made?
A. Some items are DROP-SHIPPED or 3rd party fulfilled per-order. Some packages are shipped from different states and sometimes numerous packages are sent for numerous items as they have different points of origin. Sometimes these require additional shipping charges. If you have a question about any of this please email us!
Seraph Holster Questions:
Q. Some photos show holsters with a metal buckle and some with two pull the dot loops, do I get both or just one when I order any Seraph Holster?
A. You get both, the Metal Clip, two pull the dot loops, a Raven Vanguard claw and hardware to secure them all.
Q. Do the Neoprene Wedges come pre-installed?
A. No, the Neoprene Wedges do not come pre-installed. As some users want to have the ability to mount their Neoprene Wedge higher or in a different configuration it comes uninstalled/unattached. Male/Female ends with Velcro hook/loop is included and the install is extremely easy.
Q. What is the right way of installing the Neoprene Wedge?

Q. I am having a hard time installing the metal clip on the Seraph Holster, is there a trick?
A. Yes! First remove the Raven Vanguard claw (save all the parts/hardware!) and then mount the philips head screws through the metal buckle, put the two washers included against the holster and sandwich them with the buckle. Pry the holster open with your hands and push one chicago screw at a time over the screw which is already inserted. Use a phillips head screwdriver to secure it in place.
Q. I really do not like the metal clip, what is the purpose of it?
A. The Seraph holster system is designed to meet various application requirements. For some a completely flush metal clip is the best method of application of AIWB or IWB carry because of its wide, but still very low profile, attachment point. Also some require a metal retainment point in order to carry. The two belt loops do work well, but they do not cover every single aspect of application, the metal clip provided is a vetted standard in many applications.
Q. I do not see the holster for my firearm, can you guys make a custom one for me?
A. You can email us and we can see if that is something we would be able to do, however, normally we have to order at least 10 holsters of a new model firearm that we do not stock.

Neoprene Wedge Kit Questions:
Q. The wedge looks really big, how do you even wear that?
A. There is a photo in the gallery of the Neoprene Wedge product page which shows how to modify it to meet your specific application. Basically you will trim a little bit off the top in order for it to fit your specific body type and method of carry. It is meant to be modular and is not one size fits all right out of the box. You need to modify it. You can also refer to this post about how to properly use the Neoprene Wedge and other information about it.
Q. I ordered several items and the t-shirt came separate, how come?
A. We use a third-party "print by order" service which prints each order separately and sends the t-shirt out by itself (or along with any other t-shirts which were ordered). So if you place an order for a t-shirt along with another item, you will get two packages but the flat rate shipping cost does not change even though you get multiple packages.
Q. I have an issue with my T-shirt order regarding size, the design does not look correct or I never got my order in the mail. What should I do?
A. Please contact us at email@example.com with your question/issue and we will try to do everything in our power to figure it out for you. As stated above, we use a third-party to fulfill the orders so we may need to contact them in order to figure out what happened and what needs to be done to resolve the issue.
Q. I ordered t-shirts and made another order, but I already received the other order, where is my shirt?
A. We use a third party "print by order" service as mentioned above. They give us a "shipped by" estimate of about 1-7 business days. If it has been longer than that we apologize for the inconvenience and please contact us so we can make sure you get your t-shirt as fast possible.
Q. My T-shirt (face mask / gaiter / other printed item) order is taking too long to ship, whats going on?
A. Due to the COVID19 pandemic there have been reported delays of 10-25 days from order to shipment of print to order products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and if you have any questions please email us
Q. I paid for PRIORITY SHIPPING but it was not shipped out the same day?
A. Priority Shipping is a USPS shipping mode of transport, NOT our internal way of processing any order. If you need the process of an order being expedited and shipped faster, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q. How come my tracking number has not updated on the USPS/UPS/etc website yet? It's been several days.
A. We do not control any part of the shipping process after it leaves our hands, please provide for the industry accepted 15 days to pass before being worried if your package does not update. USPS is notoriously slow to update shipping information. If, for whatever reason, you decide that you need immediate gratification please email us at email@example.com and under no circumstance try to do a chargeback with your bank. This is will cause vastly more headaches for everyone and we will no longer accept you as a customer in the future.
Q. What is your return policy?

All International orders are required to be paid in full at time of order and will be shipped via USPS International rate, unless otherwise requested before order. All tracking and shipping updates must be done through USPS and NOT V Development Group, once it leaves the USA it is impossible for us to have any control over it. Any customs fees, end charges, delivery fees charged by the recipients country is the sole responsibility of the customer and NOT V Development Group.
Only one discount can be applied at one time. We reserve the right to cancel and refund the order if there is any glitch or error in the software.
