FAQs

Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days depending on your location within the US.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We ship within the United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Order changes and cancellations can be accommodated within 2 hours of placing the order. Email us at info@vdev.group with your order number as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed for fulfillment, we can no longer make changes.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some products ship from separate fulfillment centers. If your order contains items from different locations, you may receive them in separate shipments — sometimes on different days. You'll receive a tracking number for each package.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $70 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US.

Products

Are your products genuine and authentic?

Yes. We source directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. Every product in our catalog is the genuine article. We do not carry counterfeit, gray-market, or unauthorized merchandise.

Do you carry restricted items like firearms or suppressors?

No. Our catalog is limited to medical supplies, tactical gear, EDC equipment, and holsters. We do not sell firearms, suppressors, or any NFA-regulated items.

Are your Seraph holsters compatible with my firearm?

Seraph holsters are built for specific Glock models and configurations. Compatibility depends on your Glock generation and whether your slide has an optic cut. Check the product page for fit details, or contact us before ordering if you're unsure.

How do I know which tourniquet to buy?

For everyday carry and concealed carry setups where space and weight matter, the RMT (Ratcheting Medical Tourniquet) is a strong choice — low profile, reliable, one-handed application. For IFAK builds, range bags, and vehicle kits where size is less of a concern, the CAT (Combat Application Tourniquet) is the standard most professionals train on. If you're putting together a full kit or have questions about your specific use case, reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.

Seraph Holsters

What Glock models do Seraph holsters support?

Current Seraph configurations cover the Glock 17, 19, 26, 43, 43X, and 48 — in both standard and optic-cut variants. Check individual product listings for current availability.

What does "optic cut" mean?

An optic-cut holster is designed to accommodate a slide-mounted optic. Seraph optic-cut holsters support RMR, DeltaPoint Pro, and compatible footprint optics. The holster retains the weapon at the frame, not the optic, so your zero isn't affected by draw and reholster.

Can I get a custom Seraph configuration?

Possibly. Contact us at info@vdev.group with your Glock model, generation, optic (if applicable), and what you're looking for. We'll let you know what's feasible.

Returns & Policy

What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee may apply to certain returns — email us first and we'll work through it with you. See our full Refund Policy for details.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Email info@vdev.group within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. If we made a mistake, we make it right — no runaround.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can also track your order directly at our order tracking page.
